Tuition fees

Please contact our Admissions Team (acadreg@york.citycollege.eu) or our International Offices abroad to get information about tuition fees and scholarships available.

Applying

Application forms can be lodged from October up until July every year for the October intake. However, late applications after July may be considered provided that there are still available places in the programme of your interest. Applications are considered in priority order, according to the date of their submission. As CITY College accepts specific numbers of students per programme, late applicants may fail to find a place of study in the programme of their interest. Therefore, interested candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

  • Fill in the Application form and the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form (in your own handwriting).

  • Submit your application.
Applications completed in your own handwriting, should be scanned, and attached to your email along with the required documents. Applications should be sent to admissions@york.citycollege.eu. Alternatively, you may submit your application and the supporting documents through the Recruitment Office or the Representative Office in your country.

Important note: You may be required to send the original copies (application form, supporting documents) of the submitted documents by post.

NOTE:
Applications for undergraduate courses should be sent directly to CITY College and not be submitted via UCAS.

Payments

For the deposit of any fees (registration fee, tuition fees), you may use bank account payments or alternatively use the On-line Payment System.

If you need more information about our tuition fees and payments, please send an email to acadreg@york.citycollege.eu.

After you apply

Applications are first considered by the Academic Committee of the relevant Department at CITY College. Applications are then thoroughly evaluated by each department's Academic Committee where the final decision is made regarding the applicant's acceptance.

Successful applicants are notified of their acceptance to the programme through a formal letter. You will also receive an offer letter by CITY College and a letter issued by the International Office giving you guidelines on what you will need to do next.

Tracking your application

The Academic Department will try to make a decision as quickly as possible. The process usually takes up to two weeks. Remember, if you send supporting documents separately this can delay the decision.

If you wish to check the status of your application you may contact us at admissions@york.citycollege.eu.
