Dr. Ana Vivas not only presented but also led the event, guiding discussions on advanced mental health solutions. Among these was the spotlight on the 'I Fight Depression' programme, an innovative online tool designed for self-managing mild to moderate depression symptoms. The event, enriched by the coordination of Georgia Papaioannou and Christina Katsoridou, showcased our holistic approach to mental health challenges.

This assembly at a key municipal venue demonstrates the multifaceted approach necessary for addressing mental health challenges effectively.
