Risk Management Workshop by Mr Fourtounas for NATO School in Germany

Mr. Athanasios Fourtounas, Assistant Professor at our Business Administration and Economics Department delivered another successful Risk Management Workshop, this time for the participants of the “Crisis Management course” in NATO School of Oberammergau in Germany, on 9th January 2024. Participants from 26 countries were introduced to the principles of Risk Management methodology and how it be integrated and executed into the Crisis Planning.

During the workshop best practices and lessons learned from similar deployment exercises and operations were also explored  by examining a number of real case studies.
