Webinar Overview: 

In our time together we will look through the lens of the current pandemic and crisis and its impact on change management and the role of Human Resource Management going forward in terms of change. We will review the principles of change management with a focus on resistance to change and how to motivate people during times of extreme / revolutionary change. The focus throughout will be on how to leverage change, minimize resistance to change (becoming resilient) in order to impact top line growth during a time of digitalisation.

  • The pandemic and how it is impacting HR

  • A model of resistance to change
  • How to support our workers through times of change
  • The importance of employee voice (overcoming employee silence)
