CITY College hosts the 40th Selection Conference of the European Youth Parliament of Greece

CITY College was happy to host the 40^th Selection Conference of the European Youth Parliament of Greece at its main campus in Thessaloniki, on 14-15 December 2019. The event gathered 120 delegates (High School students) from Northern, Western, Eastern and Central regions of Greece, as well as an international team of Officials.

Themed, “The Mosaic of Change: From Social Inertia to Active Participation” the youthful event included many parallel sessions on different contemporary topics which young delegates were asked to debate and express their opinions on.

The event was successful overall and received positive comments from participating students who enjoyed the experience.

At the closing of the event Ms Ioanna Kapnopoulou, Head of Public Engagement & Corporate Services of CITY College, addressed the delegates at the closing session of the event and also took the opportunity to inform them of how they can support the cause of the "ORAMA ELPIDAS" Association and become bone marrow donor, also mentioning the way in which CITY College supports the association through various activities.
