Dr Szamosi delivers unit on Human Resource Management in Kyiv

On 20^th April 2019, Dr Leslie Szamosi, Director of the Executive MBA programme at CITY College International Faculty, successfully delivered a unit on Human Resource Management (HR) and Organisational Behaviour (OB) in the context of the Programme for Management Development that runs in collaboration with the European Business Association (EBA) in Kyiv.

In his presentation Dr Szamosi highlighted that the most valuable resource for every company is its people, explaining that good management of workforce is what makes employees effective and motivated. Dr Szamosi said: “Today this is even more complicated by the Millennials (Generation Y) joining companies.”

Dr Szamosi also outlined a number of different key issues that can energise and motivate employees to be their best and do their best.

The unit was well-received by the participants attending the Programme for Management Development in Kyiv.
