Dr Szamosi meets the HR Committee of the European Business Association (EBA) in Kyiv

During his visit in Kyiv, Dr Leslie Szamosi, Director of our Executive MBA programme, had a meeting with the HR Committee of the European Business Association (EBA) in Kyiv.

During the meeting Dr Szamosi discussed with HR Committee members the topic of braindrain one of the key things impacting organisations not only in Ukraine but also throughout the region.

Dr Szamosi said: “We are ‘losing’ valuable and important human capital to other countries in Europe and beyond and many of these people fall into the category of what we know as Millennials.”

The discussion involved topics such as how to minimize braindrain was premised on some recently collected data specifically from the region of Ukraine on what millennials are looking for from today’s organisations. 

Participants found the discussion very informative and actively participated with various questions on the topic.
