Prof. Ketikidis participates in EU Parliament event co-hosted by AREC of the University of Sheffield

Prof. Panayiotis Ketikidis, Vice Principal of the University of Sheffield International Faculty, CITY Colllege, participated as panelist in the high-level event 'Pathway to Global Policy, Industry and Societal Impact on Resource Efficiency' hosted by the Advanced Resource Efficiency Centre (AREC) of the University of Sheffield and White Rose Brussels (WRB). The event took place on Tuesday, 27 June 2017 at the European Parliament in Brussels. The keynote speech was delivered by Prof. Lenny Koh from the University of Sheffield who presented AREC - the global resource efficiency challenges and how AREC helps to address them.

This event aimed at showcasing the research excellence and impact performed by AREC towards achieving environmental sustainability, resource production and consumption efficiency, and maximising its outreach globally.
