Lecture on Brain Leadership at the Institute of International Relations in Kyiv by Dr Dimitriadis

Students of the Institute of International Relations in Kyiv had the opportunity to attend an inspiring lecture by Dr Nikolaos Dimitriadis on "Brain Leadership: How to Engage Employees through Neuroscience". The lecture took place 19 May 2017 and was addressed to students studying international economics and international business.

In his presentation Dr Dimitriadis discussed myths concerning the brain, leadership and management, underpinning that neuroscience techniques can be applied to leadership development and explained how business professionals can make their brain leadership smarter. “Today’s managers need to make their brain ‘leadership-smarter’ if they wish to success in the leadership ladder”, said Dr. Dimitriadis.
