Real-time debate by first-year business students

First year business students worked in teams and presented their work to their classmates following the structure of a real time debate with strict time limits! Each group of students had to argue in favor or against various challenging issues such as whether Multinationals do more harm than good, whether there should be a minimum wage in companies, and whether companies should look at prospective employees’ social media profiles. All students really engaged to the process of debates, prepared well and argued strongly to support their points of view. The student audience participated in the Q&A session that followed the debates and lively discussions emerged.
