For one more year a Chick-Fil-A team - restaurant operators / owners and company managers- visited the International Faculty to present their leadership model, SERVE.  Eight invited speakers from Chick-Fil-A introduced the SERVE model to the participants by elaborating on the following basic elements which form the basis of successful leadership:

  • Seeing and shaping the future. See an opportunity and pursue it aggressively.
  • Engaging and developing others. Encourage participation and instill confidence.
  • Reinventing continuously. Think creatively.
  • Valuing results and relationships. Success is about both of these things.
  • Embodying the values. True leadership is about building and maintaining trust

It is the sixth time for the International Faculty to host the Chick Fil A leadership seminar while closer cooperation is coming in the near future, with Chick-Fil-A managers guest lecturing and internship opportunities at Chick-Fil-A HQ
