Dr Dimitriadis delivers insightful workshop on Brain Leadership in Lviv, Ukraine

Dr Nikolaos Dimitriadis, Development Director of the Executive Development Institute delivered a successful workshop on Brain Leadership in Lviv, Ukraine.

Entitled "Brain Leadership: How to Engage Employees through Neuroscience" the event was organised by the International Faculty, CITY College and the European Business Association (EBA) on 16 June 2016.

In his presentation Dr Dimitriadis discussed myths concerning the brain, leadership and management, underpinning that neuroscience techniques can be applied to leadership development and advised participating business professionals on how they can make their brain leadership smarter. He also presented a comprehensive model for applying brain-based leadership. “Today’s managers need to make their brain ‘leadership-smarter’ if they wish to success in the leadership ladder”, said Dr. Dimitriadis.

The event was well-attended and intrigued participants to learn more on this new leadership trend.
