Football Tournament Finals at the International Faculty CITY College

The Football Tournament 2016 of the International Faculty, CITY College came to an end with the exciting finals that tool place 31 May 2016 at the at the YMCA football court.

Three teams competed against each other; the team that won two matches took the first place while the team that won one game took the second place.

The winning team, Cheeky Bastards, won against Eagles 4-1 and 1-0 against Momchencata. Eagles won the second place, since they were defeated by Cheeky Bastards, but won 6-1 against Momchencata.

Marko Jovanovski, the new Sports and Recreational Activities Officer for 2016/17 was the acting referee.

Overall, 5 teams of a total of 32 students and staff participated in the Students' Union football tournament, during May 24th and 31st.
