Seminars on Leadership and Neuroscience by Dr Dimitriadis in Kyiv

Dr Nikolaos Dimitriadis, Development Director of the Executive Development Institute delivered a series of seminars with great success in Kyiv. The first event entitled "Brain Leadership: How to Engage Employees through Neuroscience" took place 5 February, in Kyiv, Ukraine in the frame of the recently established collaboration between the International Faculty and the European Business Association (EBA).

In his presentation Dr Dimitriadis discussed the relation between the brain, leadership and management underpinning that neuroscience techniques can be applied to leadership development. He also presented a comprehensive model for applying brain-based leadership. “Today’s managers need to make their brain ‘leadership-smarter’ if they wish to success in the leadership ladder”, said Dr. Dimitriadis.

While in Kyiv Dr Dimitriadis delivered the same seminar to executives of Modern Expo Group, an international holding, leading manufacturer and supplier of store fixtures in Central and Eastern Europe - many of them attend our Executive MBA in Kyiv. The event took place in Lutsk, where the headquarters of the company are located. 

“Selling to the Brain: Marketing in the New Era of Neuroscience” was the title of the seminar delivered by Dr Dimitriadis to executives of Atlantic Group

“Selling to the Brain: Marketing in the New Era of Neuroscience” was the title of the seminar delivered by Dr Dimitriadis to executives of Atlantic Group, of one of the bigger media groups in the region of Central Europe. In this seminar Dr Dimitriadis discussed how marketers should consider the brain and new insights from neuroscience when developing their activities and campaigns in order to be respected in their organisations and provide tangible and reliable results for their brands.

Dr Dimitriadis also presented an interesting seminar on personal brading at the International Educational Fair 'Education Abroad' organised by STUDY Group on 6-7 February at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kyiv. Entitled ‘How to create you personal brand and find a job" the seminar was highly appreciated by the fair’s participants and received positive feedback.

All events were well-attended and participants found the topics very innovative and resourceful.
