Prof. Ketikidis at the honorary event of the Panhellenic Informatics Competition

Prof. Panayiotis Ketikidis, Vice Principal of the International Faculty, CITY College was among keynote speakers at the honorary event for the Panhellenic Informatics Competition hosted by EPY – Macedonia-Thrace. The event, that aimed at honouring the students that excelled and were awarded with a medal at the Panhellenic Informatics Competition, took place on the 8th of January 2016 at the Electra Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki.

Except for Prof. Ketikidis the event featured a series of notable speakers, namely: Mr Kostas Kaggelidis, President of SEPVE, Mr Ioannis Manolopoulos, Professor at the Informatics Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Ms Lia Theodouli – Terzidou, Vice President of EPY – Macedonia-Thrace, Mr Ioannis Tsoukalidis, Software Engineer at Google, San Francisco and Mr Andreas Baresel-Bofinger, Lecturer at CITY College who also represented Business Angels Greece.

The event was followed by a reception and the traditional Pitta Cutting of EPY.
