The International Faculty signs Scholarships Agreement with the Ministry of Education of Kosovo

On the 5^th of May 2015 in Prishtina, Mr. Ioannis Ververidis, Principal of CITY College the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield in Thessaloniki and Dr. Arsim Bajrami, Minister of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Kosovo signed a protocol of cooperation which includes a scholarships agreement for students from Kosovo.

The scholarships agreement includes fifty five (55) scholarships for students from Kosovo for Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA studies and Doctorate (PhD) research degrees for the admission year 2015-16.

Under this common initiative the two parties involved have agreed to provide an educational opportunity to students from Kosovo who wish to study abroad and pursue a globally recognized degree, the degree of the University of Sheffield.

During their meeting, Mr. Ververidis and Dr. Arsim Bajrami discussed thoroughly the opportunities arising from this cooperation for the promotion of quality education and academic research through common initiatives.
