Company visit at Hyatt Regency

A unique learning experience was offered to our 3^rd year students and to those studying Hotel and Hospitality Management with the company visit at HYATT Regency Hotel on Thursday 13 of March. Students were exposed to real management and to real problem solving situations in an organization which is the BRAND in the industry. For almost 3 hours managers for various departments discussed with our students issues of customer relationship management, marketing and sales, recruitment, selection and training of employees. They also had the opportunity to see from first hand how companies are adjusting in the new environment and the new strategies used.
